My approach

I see every family as its own unique ecosystem. My work is grounded in research across psychology, neuroscience, circadian biology, child development, and neurodivergence. At the same time, I believe family wellbeing is about more than what can be measured.

Rest, play, creativity, connection, awe, and nature, all shape how we experience everyday life. I bring together evidence, lived experience, curiosity, and compassion to help families create lives that feel both functional and deeply nourishing.

Neuro-affirming and relationship-centred

Every family is different, and there is no single ‘right’ way to parent or support a neurodivergent child. I work with your family's strengths, values, and lived experience, recognising that you know your child better than anyone. Together, we build on what's already working, rather than trying to fit your family into someone else's blueprint.

Holistic and evidence-informed

Rather than focusing on one challenge in isolation, I look at the whole picture. Our work is guided by research in psychology, child development, neuroscience, circadian health, and neurodiversity, while always considering the unique context of your family's everyday life.

Practical, gentle, and realistic

Support should make life feel lighter, not leave you with another overwhelming list of things to do. We focus on small, achievable changes that fit your family's capacity, whether that's creating calmer spaces, simplifying daily life, supporting executive functioning, improving sleep, or reducing stress during the busiest parts of the day.

Trauma-informed and compassionate

Many neurodivergent families have spent years feeling misunderstood or trying approaches that never felt quite right. My role is to provide a safe, judgement-free space where everyone is treated with curiosity, respect, and compassion. We move at a pace that feels right for your family.

Environment matters

Our homes shape the way we feel. Together we might explore how your environment influences regulation, wellbeing, sleep, sensory experiences, and everyday functioning. Sometimes surprisingly small changes to a bedroom, family space, or daily rhythm can make life feel calmer and more supportive.

If this resonates with your values and you’re ready to explore a deeper, more supportive way forward, I’d love to work with you.
